Ordered a baconator… received a double, but got charged for a triple. Stupid to waste fuel returning to a spot where the woman on To Go did the least to communicate the order properly with us. I understand you are timed by your company, but why waste my time? After handing us the bag she didn’t give me a receipt or say anything. We waited. She asked what’s up so I told her to give me a receipt (so I could get her name): Crystal. Quickly just shut it back. Poor customer service.

The worst Wendy's location ever. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else especially if you are in a rush

Everytime income to this Wendy's which is always around 11pm after leaving work. I ask for a frosty and they always say “I'm sorry we don't have frostys right now.". Which is just workers being lazy
