Nekter Juice Bar

Okay, this is the third time they have must up, and I am now leaving a review. At what point do you follow the order instructions? The young lady ahead of me order was made wrong as well. I always ask for no bananas on top, I hate it, it makes me gag. Not only the order took over half an hour for just a juice and a bowl, but my order was made wrong. They seem to be short staffed and could use some help. The cashier isn’t really friendly, but he’s probably over it is the high traffic, and low staff. Not to mention lady time the receipt given to me wasn't not working when I was trying to redeem point. I am pretty upset about this.

Great customer service, as well as the bowl that I ordered online was ready when I arrived.

SECOND REVIEW: This is my 2nd review. I like to support local business. Nekter Juice has a great menu & products. I prefer to give positive reviews as we have enough negativity in the world. However, there continues to be issues with online orders at this location. I ask for granola on the side, they put it in the bowl and give me extra on top. I don't want it in the bowl. I paid extra for peanut butter drizzle and I got a lump of peanut butter on the top of my bowl. It was not worth $1.50. I keep hoping those making these items will be more attentive but it doesn't look like that's the case. I emailed management & have not had any response from from reviews or emails. Although I enjoy Nekter Juice & it is convenient, it might be time for me to find another juice place nearby. I'm willing to continue supporting this business if management contacts me regarding the issues. If I don't hear from them, I'll take that as a sign that these reviews don't carry much weight. FIRST REVIEW: I Nekter. It's convenient & fresh. I usually request small modifications on my order & they are often unfulfilled...ie requested Hemp Granola on the side & it was in my order. It would be great for the staff to take time to read the modifications. Parking: It is in an outdoor shopping center & at peak times the parking can be challenging.

Waited almost 20 minutes for a chia pudding and we were the only ones in the place -10 of those were taken up cutting strawberries

I usually order the green apple detox juice . I’m sorry but last few times , it’s more water than anything else . This is not pure juice. When you taste it’s really sour it hits your stomach really bad . For $15.00 juice I expect a bit more pure … or maybe it’s the way it’s being prepare . Not sure

The bowls and smoothies are really delicious and nutritious! Customer service in the morning needs to change at the Lyons Rd location in Coconut Creek, FL. The lady who usually makes the bowls in the morning is always in a bad mood. Sometimes makes us wait a long time. Used to stop at least twice a week but not anymore! If you want to purchase something there, go in the afternoon when she's not there.

The juices here are delicious! My favorite is "The Buzz" or "The Greenie". Stephanie took care of my order and was very sweet. I would definitely recommend this place, and will be coming back soon!
