Very fast service, and they were very friendly

I have gone to this Starbucks several times now thinking to myself that maybe it was a bad day and I got the new people or something...but I strongly doubt I have gotten any coffee from this place despite ordering coffee multiple times. They are not following any recipe Starbucks ever made. I tried ordering different drinks. I have yet to be able to finish a cup of "coffee" from this place. Just terrible.

asked for my order to be in the new light green cups and the server didn’t do the right order and gave wrong size. lack of attention

Rated with one star. The worst Starbucks I've ever been to! I would never ever go back to this place. The guy who took the order was unfriendly. It took me the longest to get my order. there are other Starbucks around where I can have a much better experience

Tea and service is always great

Hit or Miss. Sometimes, you wait at least 10 mins at the drive-thru, sometimes you wait 3. Sometimes, your frapp or espresso is made correctly. Sometimes, it's oily or messy running down the sides of the cup. Sometimes the cashiers are friendly asking your name, sometimes they are not.

i visited starbucks today 2/3/24 at 11am and chick in the window was very rude. when i arrived, the screen to order was completely black, which i’ve never seen happen there, i said hello 3x and pulled forward thinking the machine was not working. when i pulled to the window i advised the girl that the screen was black and i said hello several times and got no response while the screen remained black. she states with an attitude, “ well i was helping another customer so you just have to be patient, and also i’m not supposed to take your order at the window!” i then proceeded to explain to her that there is no way that i could’ve have known 1. that you were helping a customer bc you never said anything , and 2. the screen was completely black, so how would i know it’s working if it’s black and you are silent. Very poor customer service, please give this girl some extra training. everyone else that works there is always pleasant. i left with no breakfast.
