This smoothie king have the potential to be good but the people they hire is so unprofessional and not friendly I order a smoothie today and when I walked in the lady wasn’t welcoming at all and she was on the phone ! She had it on speaker and it was just over all not a good experience I really didn’t even want the smoothie anymore because I felt it was just unsanitary .
I ordered on the website, but my order was never received at the store but the money was taken from my bank, so I paid again for my order and have spent 3 weeks trying to get a refund. Several calls and emails but no one has contacted me back.
Y’all really need to clean up, it’s mess and splatter everywhere, stinks and the register, glass, even the cups are dirty. Disgusting, I walked out ew.

It literally took 30 mins to receive my order today. Employees were reading recipes on their phone. Only one employee was wearing gloves. Phones are not clean and using those same hands to prepare my smoothie was alarming.
I wanted to use a coupon for my order and was still charged full price. When I asked about the coupon she told me it was my responsibility to select it, even though I asked to use it. I was under the impression that the scan was the coupon. She was in a terrible mood and it really came off rude.

Worst customer Service I have ever had in my life, the manager on duty who refused to give her real name. But went by Jay, refused to honor the $2 off same day coupon for completing a Survey. These guys are Rude, Crooks, & Liars!!
