Jersey Mike's Subs

I've been here before and found the customer service generally lacking. I was in the area and thought I would give them another try. Online it says they close at 9:00 apparently they close at 8:38. Now, I can't even depend on them being open when they say they're going to be open. I believe this is the last time I waste my time with this Jersey Mike's. It's a shame. Jersey Mike's is a great sandwich place, but, unfortunately, I guess they'll let anyone own a Jersey Mike's.

Stood in the store for 5mins and no one even said hello or thanks for waiting. When I asked how much longer? They said they were busy with a catering order!! Um what about the customers standing in front of you? Wouldn't it be smart to have a team member designated for catering and one for physical customers? Nope. Everyone was doing the catering order. We were told it would be 15mins before they would take our order. We left! Great customer service

The lady in this photo. Greeted everyone white extremely nicely, and the black ppl were greeted rudely and I don’t appreciate it. We are all the same. Our money spend the same. She really has no right, space or room to treat anyone differently. Make everyone feel comfortable coming into the establishment. The young lady at the cash register asked a young black kid who walked in and waited for his mother “can I help you”. Like he was doing something wrong he was waiting on his mom to come in to order. JUST DO BETTER. as I ordered my food. She was mad because I asked of I can have my food grilled. Like girl do your job. Find somewhere else to work if you’re not happy with black ppl. Serve everyone properly like they are paying customers

I’m have visited this location a few times. The franchise was recommended by others. They have had issues with payments. While I understand it was a technology issue out of the staffs control the 3 or 4 times I have visited have missed the mark.

The manager Karina or however you spell it that worked 12/2/23 on evening shift has a very disgusting attitude and I’m pretty sure there are plenty of grateful people that would take her spot or show her how to display great customer service. If you hate your job, don’t come to work with that attitude for customers to deal with. Do better!

Clean, fast and courteous. The crew here at this Jersey Mike's set the pace. I'm glad my new job is so close to this well run machine of a Jersey Mike's. Most the rest of the store's in Atlanta need to learn from this team. Dietary restrictions: They have a gluten free bread.
