Worst service! Needs new management.

How as a business do you open at 10:30 and not have product? You're already out of things and you're just opening the doors for business. Not professional at all

Food poisoning central.

I was greeted warmly from a staff member soon as I walked in. He checked in on me to make sure I was doing well. The food was great. The cheese bites were perhaps the best I've had. The dining room was very clean. It's at a traffic light and in front of Target, so it's easy to get in and out of on a busy street. I don't know if every Zaxby's operates as smoothly as this one; if not they should be a benchmark for other locations.

Did not get my order right. Apparently they had some issues. Cars lined up waiting for their orders.

Food is always cold or stale and hard. Drink machine is always out of syrup.

My husband went to order a kids meal for my son and was told that they are out of kids cups and only have chocolate milk. My son cannot have dairy so we asked to have a regular cup to get something he can have. Rather than accommodate us for the inconvenience, they wanted to upcharge us the price of a regular drink because they weren’t properly stocked. Pathetic.
