Starbucks

I love this Starbucks location conviniently located at LGA. The service is always fast, though busy lines. However the are always out of stock of my favorite food items, I understand the demand is high, please plan accordingly. Other than that being able to have access to good coffee when you most need it will always be amazing

Employees were nice drink was awful.

10 employees behind the counter, 20 minutes to make a drink. I think they need to encourage employees to consume caffeine while they work.

They’re always out of everything (and have been the last few times I’ve been to LGA). No hot food yet it’s on the menu, out of multiple syrups but keep the drinks on the pictured featured drinks, and the employees are rude. They should put a sign up for products they don’t have as I watched many people get frustrated that they waited in a long line for nothing.

I ordered a latte at 5:08 am and at 5:30, more than 20 minutes later , I had to ask them for my money back. Really bad service and they didn’t even apologize. Real shame!

Lost my order saw me waiting like why would I just be sitting there im trying To get on a flight, they are rude and dusty girls if u hate your job just quit

Waited 25 minutes for my drink, only to find out they lost my order. They made me pay again for a new order even though I showed them my receipt, waited another 10 minutes, and they got my order wrong. I ordered a vanilla latte… would not recommend going here if you are in any sort of a rush

Maybe it’s because I was here at a slower time (between 5 and 6 am) but the employees were very nice and got everyone’s drinks made quickly. I have low standards for airport starbucks and they exceeded my expectations by far. Yes the food is more expensive than at regular starbucks, bc it’s the airport.

My friend ordered her ice latte decaf because she can’t have caffeine due to a heart condition they made it with two shots of espresso and when they were asked to fix it the same latte was given back to us.
