Just wanted to give a shout out - great spot. John at the register is super friendly and goes above ans beyond. Really keeps a good vibe - the rest of the workers seemed nice and quick too but I did not speak with them.

This sits right around the musical fountain at LGA. Ultimately one of these places who claim 'healthy' but doesn't really know what they're doing. The Falafel Bowl is completely underwhelming (falafel were not freshly made and the mix-ins were not a great selection). The staff didn't know some of the menu items, like when adding Fresh Edamame, they needed to charge (>$2) for a Banana as they didn't know what to select. The smoothies are more heavy than healthy, with a decent flavor that is chalk full of sugar. Overpriced. I would try others around it next time. Vegetarian options: A vegetarian bowl or two Dietary restrictions: Hard to accommodate since staff doesn't at times understand what item you're asking to keep off/on Wheelchair accessibility: Highly accessible, sitting with wide space for ordering in the middle of LGA's Terminal B

The best healthy opción in LaGuardia

They forgot to put pepperjack cheese on my sandwich so it was egg whites, a piece of lettuce (they were out of spinach at 7 am) and two tasteless slices of tomato on toast. The worst airport meal I've ever had. Maybe I should have just ordered a smoothie.
