Would give a one star review but i’ll give two stars for efficiency (although the efficiency might be why my latte was so god awful) Save your money and get a coffee elsewhere! I ordered a latte and got it almost immediately but it was SCALDING hot and by the time it cooled down to a drinkable temperature it basically tastes like 100% milk. Terrible quality, terrible product. I expected much more from this place - what an absolute waste. It takes more than ten seconds to make a good latte, irving farm do better.

I asked your cashier who is a black young lady, what types of bagels you have and she stated just plain and when I received my order it was an everything bagel she was very rude. Then I asked do you accept cash and she couldn’t give me a straight forward answer so her manager had to say yes we do accept cash. The customer service was awful even from the manager of the store. This manager who is also a black female need another job because she can’t be happy if her focus is on someone staring at her and she makes a comment to me about staring at her when I wasn’t even thinking about her or even focusing on her. She was absolutely far from my mind. I am a black female business owner and how they went about things in front of other customers was embarrassing to see them act like that. The man that handed my food apologize to me for their behavior. This location was terminal B at LaGuardia airport NY

1.50 to add oat milk and no raw sugar options. Not the quality you expect from Irving

Hot drinks are prepared to scalding temps. Please dial down the milk steaming.

Surprised to see negative reviews to be honest. The food is the freshest I’ve ever seen in an airport shop like this. Great coffee this morning and no issues with staff

I ordered a hot chai latte and they put the hot milk on top of a liquid that came from a carton from the fridge, so it was all luke warm

1.6 star rating says it all. The morning staff - wouldn’t help people out that needed assistance as kiosk was having trouble. Was unable to make additional purchases

I ordered a hot mocha and it tasted extremely sweet with no chocolate taste whatsoever, and you can tell the coffee is slightly burnt. When I brought it to the counter asking it to be remade, the worker insisted that “she ordered a mocha, I gave her a mocha,” and refused to change anything for me. For coffee that is $7, I would be expecting much more. Along with the bad customer service, this store is solidly on the bottom for me. Don’t come here.
