Can get crowded very fast during the day (location is close to the mall). But it's quite nice early in the mornings.

Horrible customer service!! Non apologetic employees! Never greet and when a mistake is made they do not help resolve the problem. I enjoy Peete’s coffee but detest this location. One particular young lady never greets nor responds after I say thank you! Very disappointing!

Coffee is good. The older employee named Mary… not so nice hence the 3 starr review.

A Peets Coffee that does not do a "French Press". Like they had zero clue what I was talking about. The barista at the bar said they don't do French Presses here. ... A coffee shop, with the EthiopianSupernatural, some of the best coffeein the world does not... Okay, I'm done. This location is not recommended. .... Edit: it appears this is now common amongst Peets coffee now... guess I'll try Starbucks now
