Recently ordered the Birthday Cake Remix, but unfortunately, the taste did not meet my expectations. While the quality was okayish, it fell short of the standard I was hoping for. leaving me somewhat disappointed with the overall experience. I appreciate the effort put into the cake, but it didn't quite hit the mark for me.

this employee told me to wait in the entire line to buy a bottled water .

Here, many of their employees are rude.

It would be better if there was also sitting places, otherwise everything was as usual as other cold stone locations

Super rude customer service

The worker kept picking her nose and touching hair and face. I asked her to wash her hands which thankfully she tried but there was no soap... She then went in the back and started gossiping to coworkers about it who were visible and got attitudes about it. In the end I left because I was so grossed out by behavior - the girl picking herself, the lack of handsoap and the attitudes. 1. Shouldn't be picking at yourself while serving food. 2. Shouldn't need customers to ask you to wash your hands. 3. Shouldn't be gossiping in front of customers 4. Should have handsoap at the sink where you're supposed to have been washing your hands with said handsoap 5. You should pay attention to the ratings
