Their gelato is rich and all flavors are good

The food is delicious but the portions are too small compared to similar restaurants. The place is very pretty and staff are nice and friendly.

Bakery food isn't the best (e.g. espresso cake is hard, not soft). However, coffee and ice cream are great!

The supermarket is great and has some unique items. I've heard so much about the restaurant and was excited to experience it. Me and my large party were disappointed. Our "table experience" meal and service was lackluster.

We were excited to try this out after great recommendations from family, but we were very disappointed. We ate lunch from the pizza counter downstairs. The line was long and slow. The pizzas and sandwiches all just sit out and then get re-warmed to order. While they look great on the counter, they are completely flavorless and greasy. The crust is incredibly thick and tough. I also got a pesto pasta salad, which tasted like plain pasta. The pesto had absolutely no flavor and was so drenched in olive oil, that I didn’t even finish it. And don’t get me started on the prices. They are so outrageously overpriced for the quality of food that you receive, I have no idea why anyone buys it. The atmosphere downstairs is also chaotic, loud, and exactly what you would expect eating inside a mall. Absolutely not a good experience. That being said, the redeeming quality are the pastries. They are unique and exquisitely beautiful, but still very expensive. My advice, skip the food and go straight for the dessert.
