I watched the manager go out of his way for each customer - the extra mile. And it wasn’t forced.

Very overpriced for what you get. I paid almost 16$ for a veggie sub chips and drink. Plus barely any available veggies. Will not be back. Does this sandwich look 16$ worth?

My sandwich was delivered via door dash. My sandwich was great and really fresh, just as expected. I will be ordering again soon!!!

The Manager I believe he said his name was either Tuck or Chuck, he was rather hard to understand is the absolute worst individual I have ever encountered in any service situation in my life. First he was incredibly rude and degrading to his employees with customers present. Secondly when I walked through the door the employee at the counter rudely said do you know what you want! With the manager sitting right in front of him at a table. As I ordered and I looked at the items in the cold bar I realized that the lettuce was brown. The mayonnaise had a brownish yellow shell covering it and the bacon pieces appeared to have been sitting out for multiple hours. I asked if the individual was the manager as he had gotten up asking one employee about the ham because he seemed upset they needed to open one to make my sandwich and upon asking about a number very degradingly said “Boy” I ain’t got no number 7 in response to the employees answer. He said yes he was the manager and I stated my concerns about the condition of the lettuce, mayo and bacon. I also stated I didn’t appreciate the way he spoke to his employee. He said rudely he was sorry I felt that way. I stated I wanted the contact information to the corporate office and his name. He said his name was either Tuck or Chuck. And then did not supply me with the contact information I requested. He again very condescendingly said he was sorry I felt that way. I stated no your not let’s not waste our time discussing it, as he was being utterly fake in his expression of concern. I again asked for the contact information and he then leaned against the back counter ignoring me and finally said it’s outside on the side of the door. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable! I then simply walked out refusing to make a purchase. If this is the type of individual you choose to run your establishments I can definitely see why your store on university dr is failing. The horrible attitude of your manager and staff are bad enough. But the food that has spoiled is simply an atrocity for potential customer to be exposed to. This store should be immediately investigated and evaluated for potential food safety and health code violations. And I sincerely suggest you remove the individual you have chosen as your manager. As an individual with 29 years management experience I am truly appalled this individual was ever even considered for the position.

Service was great and staff was friendly

5 yrs of going to this location off University Dr Huntsville, it has been Top Notch esp with the old manager before she got transferred to the Madison Al the new location. Upon arrival I was one two guest there at the time. I felt rushed, talked to abruptly and unprofessionally when asking for the ingredients in which I wanted on a Number 6. I was looked at as if it were an inconvenience to add more onion. Upon check out, I asked to use my point but got the combo which you pay for the chips and drinks. I was never told they were out of ice. Upon getting my drink. I saw a sign saying they were out. Maybe you should not sell fountain drinks or better yet inform your guest ahead of time!!!!I asked to take the drink off, 15 min later if not longer no refund as the manager could not figure how to give refund back. I even asked to substitute a bottle drink…no go! Suggestion, maybe a refresher manger course would be of help with focus on customer interaction, professionalism, customer service, and more! Bring back the old manager, she was utmost professional and new how to run the place without a hitch! She even called her guest by name. I realize the new manager may not know people by name but pretty sure its the same people come in aa often as I do. Get to know your guest. Over all great team members. Manager could use some help.

Great, fresh food and the employees were ALL super friendly and nice! Came during lunch hour and you could tell they were super busy with online orders and in person orders and still kept a smile on their faces. 10/10

My wife ordered a #7 and the server said he would ring us up. I went ahead and paid for the sandwich and chips. As the attendant( a different person) was making the sandwich my wife said she would like to add bacon. The attendant then said we would have to pay extra and instead of being nice and respectful and giving us the bacon as we had already paid. He made me come back to the register and pay. His reasoning was that if he gave it away it would”mess up their bacon count”. This was after a long 12 hr day the we had to work. BTW Jersey Mikes does not have a bacon count. This has happened to me before and they just gave me the bacon knowing that they messed up by making me pay before the sandwich was made. Very sad that people have to be disrespectful and unkind plus have an attitude when I’m trying to be nice. He is lucky I didn’t take it further!! Would not recommend this place. Fortunately Clift Farms is getting a Jersey Mikes soon and from now on I’ll go to see nicer people at Madison Blvd.

THIS Jersey Mike's never disappoints me! Thank you for being consistent.
