Smoothie King

Thank you smoothie king for letting my service dog in. They asked if they could give her a cup for pup! So nice. I had a hard time ordering and was very thankful for Susan she helped me. They were so busy so I was thanking her to take the time with the app and ordering.

I love stopping by to get a smoothie on my way back from Birmingham each week. The staff are friendly and my smoothie is always delicious.

I've supported this business for 4 years through their growing pains as it appears that every few months they have a change in staff and the services and quality in the smoothies decline. I try to work with the staff and management on the premises and have only reached out to the owner Betsy 3 times in the 4 years of dealing with this business. A few weeks ago as usual I decided to stop by the business on an evening. There were new staff members and as I expected, the smoothie I ordered taste off. I request to order a different smoothie something I felt was easier to make and what ever supervisor that was on duty refused and told the cashier that if I wanted a different smoothie, I would have to pay for another one? Well I tried to contact Betsy whom normally would respond but this time did not. I was left with the option to have them make the same smoothie that tasted funny, or pay for a different one on top of what I already paid. Keep in mind I come to this business on average 3 times a week at a minimum. To date, I have reached out to Betsy, called corporate of which they have requested management give me a call, and nothing. Just know that this is how they treat loyal customers...... Your money is only of value at time of purchase I guess. In response to the businesses comment, please respond to the complaint that was filed with corporate as they have reached out to me and asked if I received a call from you and I let them know that I have not.

Ms Denise was by herself working counter and drive thru! Was busy but still had amazing mood

Extremely nice employees, very understanding. I was 27¢ short on an order and an employee covered it for me. Dietary restrictions: Available selection of dairy alternatives

Drive through this visit and was quick and communication was understood. Very friendly and GREAT customer service. Will be back.

What's going on at the smoothie king in Madison 1st couple times was great now every time we go it's a issue order messed up evidently they only take 1s-5s&10 cause they refused my $$ more than once they wouldn't even take a gold dollar said they don't accept THOSE or anything bigger than a 20 several times I had the 2$off scan & when they scanned it they say oh we not honering those today
