We were sat down in the area where they have the bar and waited around 10 minutes with no one coming over. Spoke with management and was told the bartender is the one who is supposed to wait on us. Instead of her coming over she was putting glassware away or cleaning glassware. I guess since they were going to close in 45 minutes she started her closing duties but she looked at me several times knowing we were placed there. Management did apologize and moved us but we got the feeling as if they thought we were being unreasonable or if our complaint was not valid. Even though the food was good we would not return since after we voiced our opinion on the lack of service at the beginning we did not really feel welcomed there afterwards.
Staff was rude before I even arrived I got in line but they took me off the wait-list so I called and asked & the woman I spoke to was ridiculously rude and told me that I probably "joined another location" but she ended up finding my party and told me I had 15 minutes left, before I could finish talking she hung up the phone. Service was 3/10 it could've been better but they were definitely more attentive and respectful than the hosts
Ok - I’m mostly just mad about this “lemon mascarpone” pancake. It’s not that it looks nothing like the picture when it comes out but it wasn’t mascarpone at all. It was a dab of lemon curd in the middle of the pancake. Since there was only a little bit, you would need to add additional syrup to be able to enjoy the rest of the pancake. It was a big disappointment and felt like all around false advertisement. I don’t know if this is an issue specific to this location or a problem at all of them. Do better y’all or call it a lemon curd pancake.
While visiting ATL we chose different brunch spots and I must say hands down this spot on Dunwoody by far has been the absolute BEST!! Kim the bartender and happened to be our waitress has such a pleasant positive attitude. Her graciousness and southern charm brought us back.
The food was great, but the service was even better. Daizha was very pleasant and had the perfect suggestions for my dietary restrictions. 10/10 employee.
Nice atmosphere even better staff 10/10.
Disappointing that there was no plasticware available for my to go order and we were missing the English muffins and kids milk. We had to wait on the food for 10 minutes beyond the estimated available time and it was cold. Not a great experience and will be going across the street to First Watch next time we are in town.
By far the worst panckack I ever had. Taste like something else, not close to panckack.
