Terrible customer service! The Latin girls that work there in the morning have the worst attitudes. Unfortunately had to start going here since the Roswell Rd location is under full reconstruction. But I’ll definitely be driving the extra miles to visit the Northridge location.

I am hooked on the frozen lemonade! So so good! I've tried even on the menu at one time or another and love it all!!

the drive thru is ridiculously slow. People who park have gotten in and out quicker than 4 cars in the line. Looks like poor management. If you can’t wait 15+ minutes go elsewhere

As a former employee of Chickfila myself the 20+ minute drive through line with only 4 cars in front of me is INSANE. I would’ve left had I not been stuck in line due to cones. I will not be returning to this location.
