I was visiting from out of town, and I went on a Sunday. I couldn’t make up my mind on what type of smoothie I wanted, so they let me make my own. Great business! They are so nice! Highly would recommend this place.

Smoothie tasted like nothing just overpowering artificial sweetener or something from protein powder. Charged me extra for replacing raspberries for another ingredient and then hardly put any in there. Also a dollar extra for ginger which I think was forgotten cuz no taste of it. Oh and almost $20. Make yourself a smoothie at home or go to Arden’s garden if you can instead.

Last Monday, I came in to get a smoothie and had enough points to get the $5 off my purchase. I told Ross that I wanted to apply that to my order before I paid. He told me to use my card to pay and that it would apply itself. After the transaction went through, I ended up paying the whole amount and inquired about the $5 off from the reward program that wasn’t applied. He told me I didn’t have enough points and I know I did. The other guy came up to assist and when he checked my points, he said I did have enough points for the $5 off. The guy called his manager and took my information so that way the situation would be taken care of. After actually talking to the manager in person, his resolution was that at least I still have the points for next time for $5 off and to remind them the next time I come in to give me my points for the transaction for this day that I didn’t receive as well. That wasn’t the resolution I was looking for and I definitely didn’t feel like a customer, I was treated more as if I was a headache to them. On top of that, my friend girl came in with me and she had the same amount of points as I had, yet she received her $5 off with no problem and just wish my experience would have been mirrored as hers was. I have no interest in returning after the lack of customer service

I came on a Sunday morning. The woman behind the register was incredibly nice and helpful. The store was clean, plenty of parking. The prices are a little high, but as with anything healthy in the United States, there will be an upcharge for healthy items. I plan to visit again soon!
