Had an order that was totally wrong. When I drove back up to the establishment, they already knew what the problem was. It was corrected, I also received an email and letter and in the mail with a card for a free item. They make things right when mistakes happen.
Today was the last time I'll go to this Willy's. The rice was completely congealed and there was zero prep work done on the cilantro - entire stalks thrown in my burrito. It's been going downhill for a while. Go to the one in Tucker instead. EDIT: Tried to go again for convenience reasons and it pushed my review from 2 to 1 stars. Employees act like it's an issue that you're in line and weren't interested in helping people. Several people were walking around in the back while one lady struggled to maintain the line. Management here is terrible, obviously.
Had to wait 40+ minute for my order because they prioritize walk ins over to go orders. And they wouldn’t make the to go order when I told them I was here and just told me to wait
I come every Monday and am greeted by CJ, the manager, and/ or his crew. He is always kind, professional and has a smile. Food is always good, and I appreciate the positive attitude.
I initially rated this location with five stars, but I'm revising my review based on recent experiences. While there are a few friendly staff members, the majority seem to lack customer service skills. During my last visit, I observed a team member handling raw meat and then proceeding to handle my lettuce without changing gloves or washing hands. When I brought this to their attention, I was met with hostility from the entire line. Despite the inconvenience, I didn't feel safe ordering from here anymore.
