I ordered online for delivery. Waited 30 minutes past when it should have been delivered. Checked online and it said order had been completed, but I hadn’t received the order yet, so I called. They said someone had tried to call me (they did not - no missed call, no voicemail, nothing) to let me know they didn’t have a delivery driver and they canceled my order. Seriously?!? Just cancel my order with zero communication? Even if they did try to call and it went to voicemail you can’t even leave a voicemail?
Why do you put yourselves on Uber eats and other delivery sites (like your own freaking app) when you never have delivery drivers?! If I go through Uber eats I have to wait until after my food is supposed to come, it doesn’t arrive so I call, you tell me you never had delivery drivers to start with and it’s my job to cancel it. All of this an hour after I ordered. This happens 2/3 of the time I order from you guys. Sucks, and get your stuff together.

The guy making the sandwich was too busy talking on phone to his buddy about his love life. Took 10 mins to make a sandwich and still was wrong.
Ordered delivery. Received entirely wrong order and the bag and sandwiches smelled of cigarette smoke. Location refused to refund order.
I only ran in to grab an online order. However, the place was clean and fresh. My order was ready and waiting. The gentleman I passed going into the store greeted me. My sandwich The Vito was delicious.
