Whataburger

It's always something. SMH. Only person at night who has any kind of customer service is the black guy. No one speaks to you. Orders take forever or get lost. I hate it when I have to come to this location. I don't have this issue at other locations.

Manager of the facility had very bad attitude , it was 4AM! Grumpy/rude so early in the morning. Had not started brewing the coffee when i got my brkfst, was NOT OFFERED A REFUND for the coffee, slammed the window in my face- cause i explained (in a nice way) that they need to start brewing BEFORE they make the food. I made a mistake going to that drive-thru -- terrible attitude!

This is my favorite Whataburger. Food is always excellent. Service is consistently good. Never once had a bad experience eating here for the past 20yrs.

Always friendly, always quick service and always fresh food. Good selections for breakfast, lunch and dinner. This is my go to location for a quick bite when I’m traveling through Lakeway and don’t have time to sit down anywhere else.

This particular whataburger is by far the worst I have ever had from any other whataburger. The quality of the food was absolutely disappointing. The burgers are dry and the chicken strips were all breading. My dog wouldn't even eat it.

We brought in a huge group (23 people) super late at and everyone on the team there was awesome. Calm, friendly, and fast! Great job!

I have been traveling the world for a year and could not wait to get back to Texas and to Whataburger. I went to the Lakeway location. I told your team member David my story and he shared that he also traveled a bit. He was super helpful and gave me and my buddies a great friendly Texas welcome. Thank you!
