My first time going to this place for food as I was visiting, they were very busy, the place was pack, I ordered to go, when I went to pick up, I had a few issues with my order, I spoke with a manager and they did the right thing and made it right, these people care about their customers, if you ever have a problem with service or food, let them know, and they will do their best to elevate the experience, at least that was my experience, thank you to Joe for helping me, I will definitely come back and recommend this place. Parking: They have over 30 parking spots available.

Kid-friendliness: The steaks were prepared perfectly however they would not seat us in a booth because our infant seat was not permitted in the aisle.
I gave a 5 star review because the atmosphere was good. The food was good. Our waiter was excellent. But like every other steakhouse in Austin they don't know how to cook a medium rare steak.
My 9 oz filet mignon was lacking on sear and flavor. Also, priority should be given to people waiting to leave.
