First time. Great food and service

Love the Bobbie sandwich!

This was by far the worst fast food experience we have had in at least the past 3 years. We ordered the Wagyu Cheesesteak Slaw with hot peppers and the Capastrami with hot peppers. My wife asked what the gold sauce was and the less than friendly counter person replied, mustard. Why not just call it mustard? Then she turned and walked away. All this place has are Pepsi products. Who drinks Pepsi? I did see Dr. pepper on the fountain drinks so after ordering I went back and ordered a Dr. Pepper. For a 16 oz cup, they charge 3.08. These are movie theater prices!! The employee who took our order was the second most unfriendly employee we have encountered this year. We received our food and due to past screw ups in fast food places, I checked the order before leaving and sure enough, neither had the hot peppers on the sandwich (there's an extra charge for peppers). I told Ms Personality about the missing peppers and she rolled her eyes, turned and handed me two containers of pepper salsa and walked away. No apology, nothing. I said thank you and she didn't reply so I said, "I said thank you!" She just nodded. When we got home, we added the pepper salsa and tried the sandwich. The sandwiches are inaccurately named and should be called the Salt Lick Cheese Steak and the Salt Lick Capastrami because they are so salty that they were inedible. We ended up trying to feed the sandwiches to the crows but they too couldn't stomach them and the sandwiches are still in the yard. The only plus was we did get 10 napkins to replace the ones we used in our vehicle. I am not sure how this place stays in business.

Online order for in store pickup went horribly wrong. Ordered four sandwiches and only one was the right order. The rest were comically wrong, like I don’t even think it was our order… but it was not busy at all in the restaurant and there were three ppl on staff

Great food although a little pricy it’s worth it. Chase is always helpful and makes the best sandwiches
