I liked it. Lived in New Orleans a while and the food took me back there. Given there's no comparison to the real thing, but I'll take it on a Tuesday night.

Excellent food excellent service. I love their fresh fried catfish; outstanding every time. the service here is outstanding. There was a time they had some difficulty starting up but all that's gone now.

Terrible service. Lousy AC. Decent food. If you like waiting way too long, being ignored, and going to get your own drink refills (no kidding!), you will love it. Whoever owns this place is making a big mistake mistreating customers. Please fix it.

The food was Average, the couple of times I walked in there was probably less than 8 people both times. I directed them to someone that could help with their marketing to get more people in the door and was told that ratings and reviews really didn't concern them.

Ok so the first time I went to ​Louisiana Crab Shack the shrimp was not good and that was 2 years ago, so today I came back thinking that maybe it would be different and it wasn’t, the onion rings were over cooked the catfish bites coating didn’t have any seasoning in it or on it the fries were somewhat alright and the soda was the only drink that tasted good.

Great Food and Service.

Maddy was friendly and attentive, gumbo was delicious. The "medium" spice level was way too hot and I found a hair in the food. Felt ill about 15 minutes after eating due to dark and fishy smelling crawfish. Wont be returning.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. It was filthy and the food was horrendous. $62 for food that I’ve Could have gone to the grocery store and gotten from a TV dinner.

Called to put in an order at 8pm and was left on hold for 10min. You could have just told me you weren't accepting anymore orders. I hung up and called back and it says this mailbox isn't accepting calls at this time.
