Wendy's

Always long waits, poor food quality, wrong orders. Not sure why I keep going back, but this is last straw. Inedible Burger...

So I frequent here more than any other fast food around. They're always so friendly. The other night I went through and was given the wrong order. Couldn't eat or drink what they gave me. I went in the next day told the manager and staff. I wish I could remember everyone's names. But great customer service. They always do what's right. Thank you

This Wendy’s always messes up my order and I try to get their attention and they ignore me so that I can fix what I actually paid for. They are the ones who mess up in the first place and then roll their eyes when they need to grab it for me like do your job. Just today I went to get a chili with a side of shredded cheese and she didn’t give me a side of shredded cheese. She put it on the chili. And then proceeded to tell me that I needed to pay for more if I wanted it on the side That right there is bad customer service like first of all I already ordered it but second of all customers always right and it’s a side of freaking cheese.

Came here and this lady with crooked British looking teeth said “they weren’t gonna make my order” so I lashed in a respectful manner.

I've never been inside. I've hit the drive thru 3 or 4 times since it is near my house. Every time the food has not been good. Feels like it's been sitting since lunch. Almost always cold as was the case today. I like Wendy's, but not this one.
