McDonald's

Ordered one item, was asked to pull ahead and wait. There was no one else in line behind me. So instead of waiting at the window they made some poor employee walk out my order in the rain.

The price on the sign outside is lower than what they actually charge you in the drive thru. Effing crooks.

This McDonalds is a sorry excuse for a McDonalds. They make mistakes with no cornern or ownership. and then tell you what they are not gonna do instead of finding a solution for the customer. They got so many things wrong with our order and we just asked for l the food to made correctly and was refused to do so. I asked for a refund since they would not replace my order and Jose the manager on duty refused do that as well. I asked for the owner/operator's number and the one that was given went to a voicemail box that was full. Save yourself the trouble and go to a better McDonalds down the street on Nolensville Rd where they have a better attitude and do not ignore you when you walk up to the counter.

We been coming to this McDonald’s for a while now is together with the gas station is a plus the service is very good but this morning I went with my daughter and order through the mobile order and I understand it was a busy morning being Sunday but my daughter order a big breakfast and we made the mistake not saying we want it with hotcakes when we went to pickup the order the lady that give us the order give us the food in a bad way I told her that wasn’t what we order and I paid for the hotcakes and she just went and gives us an order of hotcakes that I paid in a bad way she was so rude not only to us there was another customer there that want it to ask a question and she cut him off in a bad way also this attitude. then my daughter drop her food and she didn’t even bother to help us again I clean the food from the floor took our hotcakes and left because I told my daughter if she didn’t want it to help us in the first place why bother to ask her for another plate is sad kids don’t understand this things yet. Working with customers is never easy but not all customers are rude just remember that if they treat you with respect you should treat them with respect.

These people suck. Tried to steal my money. The manager sucks. Stay away!!

Just wanted to shout out to the people working tonight, especially the girl at the drive through! She gave me all the Big Mac sauce I asked for and even threw in some ketchup too! It’s those little details that make me really feel cared about. Love this location!

A las 3:40 aproximadamente no te atienden adentro avísame una fila de 3 personas esperando pagar en cash y nos hicieron esperar como 10 minutos para que nos digieran que no aceptaban cash es una lástima que una compañía tan grande como esta no quiera atender a las personas que no tenemos una cuenta de banco ahí les muestro en la foto la persona que dijo que no tenía la manera de cobrarme en efectivo … NO se que clase de compañía es esta pero que lástima que traten así alas personas no le daría ni una estrella por el mal servicio dentro de este lugar .
