Went to celebrate my wife’s birthday. Venice is our favorite restaurant by far. Last nite was the best. Giancarlo the manager always greets us -Mainly Rose because she is Italian-I’m Irish and have no credibility at all. The food was grand and Chris our waiter and Lucas the Bus guy -Also a favorite or Roses went out of the way to give us a grand meal. Finished off with a great dessert and a wonderful conversation with Giancarlo who shared with us that he just became an American citizen. Just a great evening.
We had a great time at this restaurant food tasted really and the service was great the space on the table was very limited so we coundt move stuff around things were on our way, that is my only complaint but we will go back to this place for sure
Had a really good time in a beautiful restaurant.
Got take out. The pasta was delicious, perfectly cooked. The bread - a true measure of a restaurant - was wonderful. Salad was fresh and interesting. We will certainly be back.
This was an awful experience. I hate it when managers and owners of restaurants are condescending and overcharge you. They claim something as a house Wine , but it’s really overpriced Rather than be a problem, solver, and a good Restorator the manager was just plain nasty Guys we’re talking noodles here there’s no reason for people should spend 350 bucks
Whining about the wine deception. Asked for a house wine. They said only wine by category and I asked for a house type of Barolo. The wine ended up being $25 a glass - wasn’t at all worth it. Talked to the manager. Felt as if - as a women- he completely blew me off. Please be sure to ask about all by the glass prices. Don’t be part of the DECEPTION.
Food was great but the service outshined it! They went above and beyond bringing a high chair for our daughter’s babydoll and a special dessert for her at the end! We had a hard time choosing what we wanted bc so much sounded good but we will definitely be back to try the rest!
