Pizza Hut

My child and I got food poisoning from pepperoni pizza or the brownie. Like the other reviews the pizza crust was horrible. Manager refunded and apologized, didn't give me a hard time at all, but sad that I won't feel comfortable ordering from this location again.

Literally should have got DiGiorno. The whole outer ring is just sauced overcooked crust. By pizza math that represents almost 2/3 of the total sq paid for. There are only toppings in the middle. And what happened to the crust Pizza Hut was famous for? It droopy and sad.

I get it's a snow day and places get busy, but when someone walks in to order a pizza and you tell them know they HAVE to order online(especially when you had a walk in already waiting), it becomes an inconvenience and bad customer service. Even if you are the only employee in the pizzhut, whether I order online or in store you'll still be the only one who makes the pizza. I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THIS PLACE AT ALL AND CANT UNDERSTAND WHY ONLINE SEENS FASTER THAN IN STORE!

I made an order that was never delivered but said it was delivered. No one was answering phones, it all went back to call center. The lady who helped me was awesome, but I wish I got my food ‍♀️

Sonja had me on hold for over 12 minutes. That’s beyond annoying. I hung up and called back and lo and behold they were able to take my order right then and there!!!! Sorry but I’ll be calling Big Bills from now on…regardless of their wait. They have never left me on hold like you did. Peace.

Pizza was the worst and delivery even more so.

Friendly, efficient and lovely staff. Food is always great! Lots of coupons and deals, easy parking and very handicap accessible with free parking lot. Always loads of free parking. Highly recommend!

This location is great! Been here a few times now for pick up, and they have always done a great job. Food is fresh, hot and tasty. Staff is nice too, and checked to make sure everything was correct and I had my extra dipping sauces before I left. Will be back!
