The Pink Potato Caribbean Cuisine

I went on in and was not greeted right away when a light skinned/ashy worker was talking to another lady, so I interrupted them and asked to use the restroom before placing my order. One of the ladies responded and said ,"no!" with attitude towards me, so I left right away after feeling discriminated against. Black people are the last people that should be treating others with prejudice!

This was the best meal we eaten in very long time, the service was amazing like the food, we will definitely return , I wish I can give more then 5 stars, worth it !!!!! Thank you

This was a ridiculous representation of Haitian food. I appreciate the effort but it was not good. First of the music was so loud and the kicker, it wasn't even haitian music! I came because the other place in Vegas was closed. I ordered the Griyo (haitis national dish), black rice( diri Djon Djon) , with plantains and pikliz. I didn't get plantains but diri kole a pwa wouj. Both types of rice tasted like they poured a huge container of ground cloves into it... the rice was completely inedible even with the sauce (the one decent thing I received.) The "black rice" was light grey andntastes as if they most likely used a tiny bit of maggi djon djon instead of using true djon djon. The griyo (haitian fried pork) was salty and dry (definitely not made fresh)... I was so disappointed. Then I was missing my plantains which was another disappointment because I paid extra online for plantains. I haven't had a Haitian food experience this bad since I tried the now defunct ti George's chicken in LA. People say that Keith Lee loved this place. This makes me distrust Keith's taste buds.

This was an absolutely gorgeous spot to take my partner for a date. The customer service was great and the food was exceptional. I don’t write reviews very often, so let that be a testament to just how wonderful this place is! I gotta bring my family next time!

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE GO HERE AND SPEND ALL OF YOUR MONEY. Hands down one of the best meals of my life. As a tourist to Vegas, my husband and I were hoping to find an off the Strip restaurant and we found The Pink Potato Caribbean Cuisine thanks to Keith Lee on TikTok. We tell everyone about this restaurant and were blown away by the food and the hospitality!!!

I've had way better I was there 10 minutes before I was acknowledged then a lady finally came from the back and said she'll take my order in a minute she left came back in another 10 minutes. She suggested the Creole chicken with rice, my first time here. I didn't like the food at all I won't go back. I'll stick to what I know. Jerk Dat Jamaican restaurant over on Boulder & Flamingo.

Kathy is the best chef hands down the food was phenomenal my mouth is watering now as I type this out and the service was amazing. I got the jerk chicken with red beans and rice and the pink potato salad. (Finger licking good) she even threw in a couple snow crabs on the house. Love love love this spot. Will def be back. Let’s not forget to shoutout Douglas for his phenomenal customer service as well.
