If I could rate lower, I would. I ordered food for my kids at 8pm. The tracker stated the driver left for delivery at 9:10pm. By 10:10pm I still hadn’t received my food so I gave them a call. A manager answered the phone and told me that everybody has to deal with this, even tho this is beyond the time frame that was provided to me. I informed him that this food was for my kids (6,3, & 1) and that it would be cold by the time it got there. So that I’d like at least a partial refund or money off my next order for the inconvenience. The manager refused and told me he couldn’t do anything for me. I told him that this was not my fault and that he should be compensating for the mess up on their behalf. He hung up the phone and canceled my order after hearing multiple times that my kids were waiting on that food. Luckily, the food was delivered right as he canceled, so I received my refund & the food. Jokes on him.
Ordered through the app for delivery. Stated Jason was making my order and then got updated saying my order was canceled. I was provided the store number and had my order number in hand to see why my order was canceled then got put on hold for 20 minutes and then the line got cut right after. I gave up after getting the same treatment 3 more times
