Pizza Hut

They've done away with paper menu's? I'm one of those people that don't like doing things online if I can t walk in n up to a counter and order food then I will no longer go.... Who cares about us no one AI's are doing to much .. too many people are to lazy....

I placed a online order my order was almost 40 min late and when I received it…it was uncooked the bottom of the pizza was literally doe I had to place it into my oven for additional cooking for the amount of money spent with the company no way things like this should go unnoticed Vegetarian options: Wish there were more options

Delivery took to long,pizza was cold,i made the order at 2:05 pm ,ETA was 2:47 pm ,I got the order delivered to me at 3:45pm

They never delivered my food they keep transferring me then I be on hold for hours don’t never order from theis place they waist of time and they won’t help you I still haven’t got my money back or anything

I ordered food at 12:04 and was set to receive it at 12:55. I never received the food and store was unreachable. I don't suggest you order online from the pizza hut on Tropicana

I waited for 3 hours for a delivery and when I finally called they said that the person said they tried to call me but nobody called me and nobody knocked on the door and nobody told me what happened. I'm waiting hours past when I go to sleep for work for this order and it's just never delivered and nobody cares when I called they just said oh I wasn't the manager a few hours ago at the time so we don't care. This place is an absolute disaster and deserves to be shut down. You never know if or when you'll get your order and it happens all the time. I'm going to have to report this to corporate and anybody who will listen. They are making Pizza Hut look really bad as a company and making it to where anybody that lives around here can't order pizza from them because it's coming from this store. AGAIN I WAITED FOR OVER AN HOUR AND MY ORDER NEVER ARRIVED

I will never order delivery from this place again. Took 2 hrs to get it. Had to call the driver to see if he was coming. Tried calling pizza hut and no one answers. By the time I got the food it was freezing cold and I had to walk to the car to get it. Driver handed it out threw the window. Very unprofessional. Still have not gotten pizza hut on the phone
