I walked in with my little brother and a guy was putting the cashiers phone number in his phone (not tinder). Our food took long. They didn’t have about 65% of the items on menu. They had a post in there that said “we treat our customers with respect and if there is any mistakes, we have no excuses.” Sorry corporate, but you are investing in the wrong store.

Everytime I go they say they are out of chicken. Management is horrible

I dislike writing bad reviews but this was a rough visit. Doors were locked when we got there and someone pointed us to go through the terribles entrance. The way in was blocked by trash cans but again someone told us that we could pass through. After waiting in a short line for half an hour and still not having an order taken it was pretty apparent that they are very understaffed for the amount of business they do. They were trying to close their lobby and just do drive drive through and internet orders. We left to grab lunch elsewhere. Popeyes is delicious but they need way more staff to deal with that amount of business. I would recommend ordering ahead and still be prepared for it to take some time.

Went to go order some chicken and they didnt have any. So got something different. Still waited awhile. The only reason i gave two stars is because the person at the wondow didnt charge me extra for the sauce for all the trouble i suppose .

This location is garbage because they close the dining area way earlier than they're supposed to or at least earlier than listed on their app, website, and door posting. I've gone their twice before 9 p.m., after placing my order for counter pick up and I was ignored by the staff inside despite making eye contact and expressing that I ordered my food. They said there was nothing they could do even tho they could've brought me my order through the store connected, through their own front door or even through their drive-thru window. I strictly blame the poor management. Employees do what's allowed by the manager
