The Kickin' Crab Long Beach

Food was good if only you order it in a bag, everything else is below mediocre. Service is horrible where they try to rip you off by charging extra $$ for something you did not order, no refund or apologies later. The server claimed to put extra charges for utensils but the check stated otherwise. Ridiculous!

Service is great food is delicious

I'm back at it here at the Kicking Crab in Long Beach. The service was wonderful. Yes, they were short staffed, but our waiter, Jennifer, was so attentive and accommodating. As always, I ordered the regular kicking style spicy , and the food lived up to my expectations couldn't go wrong.

Steamed food was good but had to send back chicken twice. It was fried too hard. Second time it was the same after telling them not to over cook it. Bathroom was horrible. No paper towels to dry your hands and no Tp. Went into bathroom again before I left and it still remained the same. The first time I went there it was awesome, which made us go back. This time....the service was horrible. This restaurant gained a customer the first visit, but now has lost a customer on the second By the way...I kitchen is not where you get dress for work. Provide a dressing room for them to change and a male associate should not be in a woman's bathroom while there are women using the bathroom. Omg!!
