Starbucks

3 times I had placed my order ahead. When I arrive at the time it should've been ready. They weren't ever able to find my order. I would have to show my online receipt and this location has been making my late for work even though I had already placed my order ahead through the app and paid for my drinks. Highly dissatisfied.

Luigi and Matthew are awesome . Unfortunately, the rest of the baristas are exceptionally inconsiderate towards me. Why? I have always been consistently kind to them as a regular customer. I'm always polite, always smiling, always telling them I appreciate them. And the management here, I put a dollar for every hole in a donut, that they will not even give me the consideration to contact me. I come here because it's literally down the street from me near California Heights. Sometimes I buy a coffee, sometimes I just get a hot water. This bothers them, esp. Diego and Justine and all the others. I once spoke to Matt about this to see what I may have done. This behaviour is all the time. I discovered they do this with a few other regulars too. It's bothersome when they say "good morning" to most regulars but when I step in they say absolutely nothing, but look or ignore me. This is my last appearance at this Starbucks.

Slowest Starbucks I have even been to. It's right across the street from my job nobody really be inside and it took 15 minutes to make my lemonade because they are more focus on drive thru and pick up orders definitely not the best location to be slow due to how busy the area is yet the inside is again never crowded but is slow. Should get a crew that is not so lazy dragging their feet any other Starbucks I have been to they work this one seem like it don't fit in ‍♀️ Update: went today ordered a grande frappe and a sandwich my sandwich was done then waited another 10 minutes for my drink idk how the four people in line after me drinks were ready before mines then a regular came in they literally stopped and finished all her drinks I couldn't believe my eyes she touched every drink lid looking for hers I'll never return here again.
