Such a clean restaurant and the people are super nice

TLDR: the owner didn’t honor a coupon that was clearly valid. I came in with a free sandwich coupon that was admittedly a few years old (it floated around the bottom of the “random drawer”). This location was listed and there was no expiration date or any other limitations. I ordered my sandwich and presented the coupon, to which the employee said he needed to call the owner to see if they’d accept it. This led to a 10 minute delay where the employee then asked for a photo of the coupon to send to the owner. The end result was the owner denying the coupon because it was “too old”. I understand it may have been old, but ultimately the best business practice would to be honor it and earn a return customer. I love Togo’s food, but the owner of this location is not looking for return business. Disappointing.

I Loved the service from the two gentlemen. They were kind, respectable, patient, humorous, and caring. I appreciated the time with them but didn't get their names. They need a bonus for customer service. Thank you both

Brandon and Manuel were very attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. My order was made quickly and was delicious. Stores a bit old and rundown but food was Nom nom nom yummy
