Great service and great people!!
Pretty terrible. Grape leaves are $10 and come from a can. :( The chicken gyro was dry chicken that was definitely precooked and bland. Way too much tzatziki sauce that was mayo based... gross. Fries were ok, but their ketchup was watery and tasted fishy. Barely ate any of it, This was a very sad experience.
All I can say is… wow ordered via DoorDash and everything was fantastic!!
I live about 30 minutes from The Greek Corner and every time I have gone, it has been worth every minute of driving! The food is comforting and delicious every time, truly. The atmosphere is also lovely with the outdoor patio and view of the lake and people taking a stroll. If you want Greek food in Orlando, I would highly suggest giving this restaurant a try, it's worth making a special trip in my opinion! I would highly suggest the Greek Salad because that house dressing is REALLY something else!! The avgolemono is also so comforting on a colder evening :)
The boys and I stopped here for a late lunch after visiting with Grandma. I was concerned about parking being so close to Lake Ivanhoe but found open spots in the back parking lot. It wasn't to busy when walked in. We were greeted and told we could choose were we wanted to sit. They offer inside and outside dining. The inside is a little small but the outside patio has ample seating and nice shaded spots. The server took our drink order and brought it right out. We placed our food order and the appetizer was brought out promptly. We had the Pitas and Tzatziki and the Tzatziki was freshly made and amazing. We each had a different Sandwich/Gyro. Mine was the Marathon Sandwich, which is a Lamb gyro. The Lamb was so moist and tender and full of flavor. Strongly recommend this. My boys had the Chicken Souvlaki and the Sausage Souvlaki. Both were very happy with their meals. We finished with a piece of Galaktoboureko (had to copy from the receipt) it was very sweet and flavorful. We will be back soon to try the Dinner entrées.
Best in Orlando! All their chicken dishes and Greek roasted potato’s are excellent.
Unfortunately, the food did not wow me. The Greek gyro meat was dry (not even water could rehydrate the pork). Service was also disappointing. Keep in mind we came here well after the lunch rush, so there were only 4 tables out of like 24 with people seated at them. One redeeming quality was the beautiful outdoors!
