Taqueria Ceibas

Went up north today. This area right off I35 looks like it's got a half dozen or so taco trucks. Tried Taqueria Ceibas here. Chorizo and egg abs bacon, potatoes and egg, both on flour. $2.50 each. First thing, the green salsa is hot. Very hot. Beware. Tacos were fine. Pretty small on the fillings, but given the price, that's OK. Fillings were fine. Flour tortillas are warmed up. Bit too thick. Austin, kinda average. Perfectly acceptable, but nothing special.

Atienden muy vien

Little taco truck with excellent authentic Mexican style tacos. I had the Birria tacos, very very good! Only takes cash. Food service was fast and fresh! Highly recommend!

Buen precio muy bonitos productos

Solid birria but behind La Tunita 512 and Sabor Tapatio by a bunch. We tasted the birria at this little joint (hard to find - just behind the Chevron gas station on N Lamar) as well as birria from La Tunita and Sabor Tapatio. Price point is good but the chiva was just average. The consomme was good but not as flavorful as Tunita nor Sabor. We rated Tunita the best, followed by Tapatio and Ceibas last among the three we tried this week.

Está muy rica la comida. La señora es muy amable, buenos precios, y esta picosita la salsa. They serve very good food. The staff is friendly, good prices, and the salsa has a kick to it.
