Wingstop

By far the worst place. Unorganized, disrespectful and not a care attitude. I place order a day before. And they just couldn't get it together. Manager was not prepared or staff properly. Stay away from this location. You will not get anything right.

My experience was very good here. Thank you so much for the service, especially to Felicia I wish the chicken would be drier and less oily when it came out but I believe it was because they were having a lot of customers

Muy mal servicio ha la hora de recojer una orden de Dor Das la cajera muy mal que trata ha uno ...mal carácter gente así no deben de estar trabajando con el público...estoy fue hoy ha las 9 y 2 de la noche...Wingstop de la Well Branch...al lado del HEB....

WHY!!!! PLEASE tell me what has happened to CUSTOMER SERVICE since COVID!!!! I mean REALLY!!! I stood I waited & waited so I took a phone call, The lady in front of me got through ordering, and the cashier looked at me like what what do you want! And I held up my finger you know like I’m holding it like just a inch apart here hold on one second… The girl that I was getting food for was telling me something extra she wanted… So then the lady walked away, I was the only customer at that moment, she wiped down five tables 5 mind you and behind me 4 new sets of people came in. She was punishing me for not stepping right up and ordering. I am sorry it was not my fault… So this guy walked by and I asked him hey can you take my order and he said no I’m not on this register so he went and found her and she turned around and looked at me and said no and she turned around and walked away and he goes and they talked for a minute or a half a minute… And she comes “what do you want”… I ordered what I want, but I am scared to death that she will spit in it. Her name is Felicia. Please do not ever come to this Wingstop and do not let this lady wait on you she is really, ridiculous in the least! Now that I have my food, no ‘extras’ thank you, I can’t believe how small the chicken pieces are, all the sudden seriously….did yall get baby chickens!?! Taste was great but do not get a 10 piece for two people & I think it’s about half the size of fry order that we usually get!!

For this Wingstop particularly, their phone never works. I’ve told them plenty of times that their phone doesn’t work and they shrug their shoulders and never fix the issue. Kind of sucks that you can’t order through the phone and you have to drive all the way over there just to order and wait 30 minutes for your order in the parking lot.

Lady Got the wing flavor wrong and had to take an Uber back not even compensated wrong on so many levels not offered anything I already spent 33+ 18 for Uber

Really nice place I got help from Felicia she is really fantastic. Place is clean and food is tasty
