Have tried using the app to order food and it goes thru everything until you pay, then it tells you it's not working at the moment. Has happened last 4 times I've tried to use it. Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair parking up front.
The ppl that work there are nice but don’t seem to care about quality , I order on the app to ensure my food is how I need it as I am pregnant n vegetarian so when I get my potato tacos n they’re soft tacos bc “ they didn’t have potatoes” but chose to make their own decision on what to give me , I’m confused why I even order or when they lemme order a Baja Blast freeze but say “ they were told to say they don’t have it” after someone else quite literally just served the guest in front of me one I wonder if they just don’t wanna have any satisfied customers . The food is never consistent n I just wonder where the management is or the monthly check ins on the staff and quality, because they have a good team just no repercussions for bad quality . It’s a common theme to have the wrong or missing items as every time mines is wrong there is 2 customers in front of me complaining abt the same thing . Vegetarian options: Anything can be made vegetarian and I do often create my own items to be vegetarian but not every staff member chooses to make it as such , they DIY n give you whatever because they want bc they just simply don’t care abt their customers or what we want . They’re simply making numbers .
Leaving another review Order 4 items and hot sauce No hot sauce and 3 items So 1 item was missing 1 item was completely wrong And 1 was made in correctly I did however did get 1 thing right But because i order though the app. Cant get refund like icould if had done through a delivery service. Way to go Taco Bell You sucked again
