Went one night through drive thru, and got my order fast but wen i got home which i live like not even 10 min away the food was cold cold like they had pre made food sitting for a while.
Ordered 2 10 and 2 bean and cheese tacos because the veggie tacos are no longer being sold. The bean and cheese tacos were soo poor I was eating flour tortillas. Also like people have commented on other reviews, its too cold.
Y’all have to learn how to pay attention. The order was half right. I ordered a chicken quesadilla with no creamy jalapeño sauce, and they put sauce. Then I ordered chicken roller tacos with spicy ranch dip. They gave me nacho cheese. It’s like whoever made this just rushed through and didn’t care to read details. This is honestly a problem with a lot of restaurants in this area.
The employees messed up our order 3 times and was so rude to me and my husband and would be starring and laughing at us as soon as we walked in. Would not recommend going inside
Waited in the drive thru line for over 3 minutes no one said anything over the intercom so I pulled up to the window. The girl who was working the drive thru then started taking the order from the car behind me as soon as I pulled up to the window. The so called manager Melisa ( not sure of spelling her name) was rude said you were only waiting for 3 minutes. I asked her then if she was going to take my order at the window she stated no and that I would have to get back in line! Never again going there
Do not visit the Taco Bell at this location: 2972 W Wheatland Rd, Dallas, TX 75237 The customer service was awful from the very beginning, and once the food was prepared and we took a look at it in the bag. It was terrible, and when we went to return the food before leaving the store, we were told that we could not get a cash refund and if we got a refund on the credit card that we used, it would take 8 to 10 days, which is ridiculous. The night manager that was on duty on December 30, 2023, had an attitude and said that she would not come to the counter and talk to us regarding the matter. She did not give her name and I was told that no one had to give their names. Kid-friendliness: The night manager on duty was the most evil and contentious person that I have ever encountered. She was a young lady in her mid to late 20s. Doing the time that I was there, two customers tried to return their meals one was from the drive-through. The other was a dine in customer.
