This one of my absolute favorite places to eat. They are very consistent and I have never had a bad experience. The workers and owners are very friendly. I live about 20 minutes away but it’s worth the drive.

Ordered the veggie cheesesteak. Had no flavor, fries were stale, and incomplete order. It wasn’t cut and was falling apart. Will not be ordering again. Very disappointed

What kills me is that this place could be great. But yet again i have not gotten what I ordered. It was a simple order and yet I'm still missing a good portion of it. No sauce, no funnel cake fries that I ordered (despite specifically notating it on the order), and no straws for the drinks. This is nearly identical to the mess up from my last order. I guess I was the fool to give them yet another chance. And ordering in person is no better. I waited 20 minutes when i went up there. Enduring the kids they have running the place, laughing and screaming in the back while they slowly made my order. Sad part is that the food (if you get it done right) is amazing, but the service is exceptionally bad and you will always get ripped off due to the abundant mistakes. And don't think i didn't notice the shrinkflation on the drinks and fries...I did.

I'm from the east coast and know what a good cheese steak supposed to look like and taste like. Big Tony's used to be good but now they are skimping on the meat and quality of the food. We will not be returning. Very unfortunate .
