Was very happy today to see they were open. I live .2 miles, Mary was friendly and pleasant, best service a fresh food. Going back soon.
I placed 2 orders for delivery within 2 days and both times they forgot drinks. You cannot contact support through the Subway app (that’s how I placed my order). When I called the store, the person on the phone was completely lost and after suggesting I drive my self to their location to pick up the rest of my delivery order THEY FORGOT, quickly transferred me to another person while I was still talking. I explained the situation again to another store employee and she suggested I contact DoorDash, when I ordered from Subway app and you literally can see it on receipt and in their system! After explaining it to her AGAIN, she confirmed that they do not offer refunds for something that I paid for through their app and they forgot, but offered to transfer me to the owner. I’m really really frustrated. The food was pretty decent, subs were fresh, salad was a bit mushy but eatable. I would order again if they had a better service and didn’t take your money for something they are unable to deliver without refunding it.
I eat here a lot. They’re open late, which is great after kids’ baseball. Great sandwiches, on par with Subways best. Service is adequate, plenty of staff. One usually helps, rest on phones is the norm.
I like this Subway. It's clean, food looks fresh & employees are good...but I'm pretty sure I got food poisoning from here, last nite (6/16/23). Kids are fine & ate different meats than I did. I had the Philly (beef) & it was delicious, but 1/2 way thru my full sub, my stomach became very unsettled & I spent the rest of the nite and this mrng, doing the 'Curly Shuffle' to the bathroom & decided I should try to warn others.
Food was great. Service not so much.
All 3 persons at the counter were very polite.
I ordered through the app It said it had a problem but charged my card anyway and there was nothing on the app saying that I had ordered but since I was charged I went to the location. Anyway, waited for my food because there was no other people in the restaurant and they were making three sandwiches. When I asked if that was my order they said it'd be done in a few minutes. When I went to go sign the receipt it was someone else's food and when I asked where my order was they said they hadn't received an order from me. I showed them that I was charged and they shrugged their shoulders. I had to reorder later to get my food. I've been having a problem getting a refund for the last 2 hours because none of their websites are phone numbers work
