DON'T CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS. My order was the only order forgotten at the table. It finally came out halfway through the rest of my groups meal. I was only able to eat 4 or 5 fries before the waitress spilled half an iced water on my leg and food. The food had to be remade, but was too hot to eat before my group had finished their meals. I asked for a discount for my inconvenience and they took off $1.30. I asked to speak to the manager as this was a disrespectful amount. She came out and said she needed to talk to the owner. The owner made it $2.59 off, leaving me to still pay $13.47 for a soaked pair of pants and the most disrespect I've ever encountered at a restaurant.

Decent service Atmosphere is laid back if you don't want over population of people.If that's not your scene.Don't go friday's and saturday nights. Go for lunch.Go any other day of the week?And you have a pleasantly calm dinner Dinner. Fridays and saturdays is almost like a concert Parking: The best parking is in the back of the building.You don't have to worry about the tight corners.Trying to move around in the parking spaces.The traffic is a lot less, so go to the back of the building.There's plenty of parking spaces very lit up even at night.
*This is my 1st written review ever* Unfortunately Rachel the manager was very unprofessional, non supportive and not trustworthy. Upon showing her the item I would like to order from their online menu she never perceived to inform me that the in restaurant menu was different and so when I received my order I expected an additional food item that was not present. When I came into the store to get clarification Rachel immediately became defensive in trying to explain that because I did not order off their in restaurant menu that I could only pick one additional item and not two. When I asked why she never explained that to me after I showed her what I want to order from their online menu she just rudely kept referring back to the in restaurant menu and never admitted that she was to blame for the confusion. Upon asking to speak to the manger she rudely said I am the manager and continued to basically not take any accountability of misinforming me and trying to be deceitful. This was all over a $2 item and further she was trying to get me to order an additional $10 worth of food instead of just saying I could buy the item separate or doing the right thing and comping the item. To Rachel's supervisor please provide her the training or discussion she needs to be an honest, compassionate and upright manager.
We walked in right before 9pm…Online says they close at 10pm and the hostess refused to seat us and said the dining room was closed!!!! Then sent us to the bar and the bartender said I’m closed!!! Like really??? Should change the time online!!!

I've eaten at Rocking Crab at least 3 times. And it's been good every time. Service is friendly. Place seems clean and the food is delicious.
