Only drive through is open cannot take an 18-wheeler through drive-thru

Slow service for drive through. Had to park and wait.

Good for fast food . My previous review I gave this place a 5 star and by all means it usually is. However, here I am at 4pm on a Friday and the lobby is locked up...drive thru only with a line that wraps around the building! Come on guys. If you are gonna close the lobby it shouldn't take this long to get FAST FOOD! If I wasn't picking up for someone else also I would have left! This is ridiculous! Seems other reviews shows this happens often....any good reason why?

Came to this location which is a bit of a drive and was still a disappointment. Went through the drive thru and was not greeted at the windows when I paid for my food. The cashier didn’t even tell me the total after my discount of $3. Just stood at the window looking at me and then I handed him my card to pay like I had to read his kind of what he waiting on. Hands me everything and the baconator fries were side ways. So everything is all messy. Then no sauce for nuggets and I should have checked inside the bag for the sauce before I left.
