Stone pool house is one of my favorite restaurants in the Atlanta area. The food is delicious and the service is great.

Good food & service. Pleasant atmosphere. I came here originally on a client's recommendation. I've been here a few times and consistently enjoy the experience. It's a small restaurant with lots of privacy between tables. The chocolate and cream decor is calming. The service is quick and polite. There are lunch specials, which is handy. She walked by often and seemed to have perfect timing. As with other Korean restaurants, the meal starts with some small dishes of kimchi, and other fermented veggies. They include a small bowl of broth that was really delicious. Yeah, the broth. The rest were also good. On this visit, I had had the bulgogi dolsot bibimbap. It's served in a sizzling bowl. There are patches of veggies and shredded beef over a bed of sizzling rice. It is all topped off with an egg. It's a great balance of veggies with a small portion of meat. You can bring your date here on most occasions. This can be casual or upscale. It's an interesting first date or a comfortable 5th date. I was really looking for something to criticize here but I got nothing. It all works. Chili sauce, perfect. Service, great. Price, good. Well, there's a spot on the wall where someone bumped it with a chair... Dietary restrictions: Easy to have gluten-free, dairy-free meals here. Also, there wasn't any notable soy on the meat.

They keep the a.c. on high in here so its really uncomfortable for me to sit & eat here, even in the winter lol, shame. The mackeral dish is pretty good but there kimchi is NOT good. Infact they need to do better on All the side dishes, they are so much fun to eat when done right like 9292's side dishes. This place has potential but needs a touch of authenticity, alot of non- korean people work in their kitchen. My husband says the Kalbi was not great either. Get it together stone bowl, its not a good look for u right now.

Great spot to get authentic Korean food on Buford Highway. The staff was definitely overworked when I visited for lunch and took a little longer than expected to bring the check, but otherwise the service is always attentive and helpful. The food is delicious, I’ve tried the bulgogi bowl as well as the kimchi jiggae (both excellent). I love the little array of appetizers they bring out at the beginning, especially the tofu and green beans. Highly recommend!
