Bojangles

This late afternoon, Wednesday, February 21st, at approx 5:45 pm. (This is for corporate, so they'll know) see next. Yes ! I keep calling to find out the name of the young man (and who identifies himself) as the manager. First class ! Greeting is enthusiastic, articulate, and energetic. Unfortunately I (74 y/o) can't remember his name. Oh well. But, what a fresh, public-facing, representation of Bojangles. He is "selling" BoJangles corporate, and he's selling chicken. When I pulled up to the drive-in window, not only was he as I experienced him at the outside menu, but his interactions again with me, and with the staff inside, were affirming an motivational. Tragically, like in "Undercover Boss," the "suits" need to get out to "discover" the talents within their staff. BoJangles "corporate" should take a serious look at this young man. The example teaches. He would make an excellent corporate trainer on how important the role of "order taker" and "cashier" is in representing the public-facing images of BoJangles. Bojangles, please don't wait 5 years for you to do "Undercover Boss" and discover his talents that are immediately in front of your face right now. Regional Manager, I am assumin g some part of your responsibilities is being a "talent scout" for corporate. Where are you ?

First time having Bojangles. Food was good but atmosphere at the place was quiet and a bit gloomy.

I go to this Bojangles often in the mornings for breakfast the coffee is really never hot when you go thru drive thru an order your food you can hear the employees talking to each other even saying oh God never gives a receipt or condiments

Great food

The staff working at the Buford highway location were very nice.

I love Bojangles but the service always for-ev-errrrrrrrr! Sigh, the food be good though
