Service was slow and burger was dry.

Food was cold! Burger thrown wrecklessly together! Soda 4/5 ice! No condiment offered or courtesy packets included. FYI to all fast food restaurants! : if a customer orders fries we should Never have to ask for ketchup! Evr! It should Always be thoughtfully included in bag! Also, I understand you may be short staffed & overworked but if you can't handle it, quit & shut the location down but don't serve stale dry cold thrown together meals for Your convenience !
