A little slow this morning on preparing food for the drive-through, but they got my order perfect.

15 minutes in the drive thru - 2 cars in front of me ordered one drink just like me. 3 employees should be enough. I asked for light ice and it’s 2/3 full of ice. Brookstone Starbucks puts this one to shame. Update: second photo - one year later now Feb 2024 and they did it again! I said light ice and I got more ice than last time - up to the brim. They either don’t listen or don’t know what light ice means. I’ll probably forget this and do it again next year.
