Clean, well stocked and staffed, friendly employees, and my sandwich was made exactly how I asked.

Terrible service from a Hispanic woman and very rude as well also threatened one of her coworkers.

Horrible, careless workers. I placed an order for 2 subs through Uber Eats and when the driver got there, they told her they were out of the meat for 1 of the subs I ordered, and when she gave them my alternative option, they told her they were closed for the night and had put everything away. I used to work at subway…. There is no way they could not have made another sub unless they were completely out of stock. It takes zero effort to go to the back and get the food to make ONE sub. Instead of caring about customer satisfaction they decided to be careless and lazy and give me 1/2 of an order. It also would have been good service if they had called Uber Eats when they realized they didn’t have the ingredients for my sub BEFORE they put everything up for the night, since it’s such an issue to make a sub after putting everything away. I am VERY dissatisfied with their service!!!!!!

My first visit was so good. I had Smoked beef garlic aioli as my dinner, love they packed my sandwhich, wrapped and make it warm, my toasted cheese bread was so yummy.

I have been to this location a few times but todays interaction can not go without recognition. There was a young man, on his 4th day working, that made my meal and his personality alone made me want to write this review. He was excited to work, excited to see customers and eager to learn the process. I was blown away by how he smiled the entire time he was working. For his 4th day at work he was amazing! Job well done. I haven’t even tasted my sandwich because I walked out the door, sat in my car and immediately made this review.

I ordered 3 subs. 2 Turkey 1 cold cut. One of the subs was made wrong. I did not notice it because I’m visually impeded so I didn’t notice them putting on the wrong meat. But once I got home I noticed they made one of the subs wrong. When I went back the two workers was rude. Especially the young guy. The female employee was upset but was willing to remake my sandwich after some back and forth so I guess I give her credit for that. But I told her when I was there I think she is not understanding me for some reason. Maybe she wasn’t paying attention? We all have good and bad days. I understand that. But when a customer tells you that they made your sandwich wrong. When I clearly remember telling what I wanted. Why angus with them? I will drive further away to another subway to get better service.

Come here often, tonight was last minute, and I just love this location. I’ve been to many subways but the food here is always fresher than others (looking at you cobb pkwy). Big shoutout to Diana and Aniya, these 2 ladies have the beat attitude and when I’ve had a bad day and been here, they notice and try to pick me up. Give these ladies a raise and promotion. They are consistent and my fav peeps at any subway ever!

Subway's Due West location is wonderful. Monica is great and leads an amazing staff. (Diana and staff members) They did a phenomenal job providing for our local nonprofit Youngwomencrushcancer's Dance-A-Thon. Our organization will continually be grateful for her team's relentless sacrifice and support for women fighting daily to see their dream come true. Still bad in 2023. If you online order make sure you check your sandwiches before you leave. They like to leave off essential parts of your sandwich and not let you know that you're missing lettuce or meat!
