Very attentive friendly staff! Though I do understand the frustration from having to order on the app, this location is one of the nicest and friendliest Starbucks I have been to. Dietary restrictions: they have plant based milks available

Came in for the hot chocolate holiday special but they closed before hours. I saw multiple employees in the store. It’s ridiculous. Why hold a special and close before hours? 1 star for poor service and performance.
