Sign says open. Web says they are open. Go to the drive thru and get told otherwise. Workers seem more like DMV employees that just want you to leave.

I thought sausage gravy was made with sausage?? I wish i could post a pic cuz theres no sausage in this liquid (gravy)

Store hours are open at 4:30 but stop in at 5 and they are not open.

Fastest Jack’s I’ve ever been to. The lunch line is always long and they burn through it like nothing! My order is always right and the staff is pleasant.

Food was freaking awesome, especially after a long cold day of work. Definitely recommend this place.

Trash attitude and food. The greeting at the drive-thru was a snarky “go ahead”. I should’ve pulled off then. BLT chicken salad with dried up cold tenders and bacon.. like day old straight out of the refrigerator. I requested a refund and another employee yelled at the top of her lungs for a manager. The manager was very kind and gave a refund. I feel sorry for her. Good help is hard to find! The attitudes are as bad as the lashes!

Their food is good, but their hours are very unreliable. They will have the sign light on and the drive through menu light on, but when you go to order they are very rude and tell you they aren't open during hours it shows on their website and Google maps to be open. They didn't offer the time they were going to open and a request for their hours from corporate went unanswered. Stick to McDonald's for breakfast. At least their hours are reliable. Their burgers have no flavor either. Most everything else is good if you can catch them open.
